- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been going to University Medical Specialities since 1993. That's 20 years of Excellent Service! I now live in South Haven and to this day, it is worth the drive every time. This wonderful staff always provides the best care. I never feel rushed or inconvenienced. If there is a problem, it is always communicated clearly and with understanding as a lay person; in other words, in plain English with kindness! We have never had to wait longer than the appointment we made. There is a sign in the waiting room that if you've waited longer than 20 minutes, please see the receptionist! And there is always an apology if there is an emergency! Whatever this place does with training their staff....they should present a program to train other facilities. ! do not see any other doctor unless it is referred by Dr. Daniel Reichert! :)October 24, 2017by StarandCharlie Fritsche
